What is an exclusive listing?

An exclusive listing is an agreement to list your home for sale without marketing and advertising it on through the MLS system or other channels. This is a quieter and convenient way to sell your home without having to do much of the market preparation you would have to do when listing your house on the MLS. I have an extensive network of buyers who are always looking to purchase homes privately that are not available to the general public through the MLS and have relationships with top selling relators and industry professionals working with qualified buyers that cannot find what they are looking for on the MLS.
